Brandi Comeau
General ManagerBrandi teaches creative, high-energy classes that blend foundational movements with a modern twist, striving to make every client feel both encouraged and challenged. Her supportive style and athletic background bring a dynamic edge to each session while keeping the focus on strong, intentional movement. When she's not on the reformer, Brandi loves reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Grecia Tafolla
InstructorGrecia has been teaching Pilates for over two years and leads classes with clarity, structure, and purpose. With a background in early childhood education, she has a deep respect for the fundamentals and believes mastering the basics is what builds real strength. She believes movement is for everyone and that long term strength beats quick fixes. When she is not teaching, she is planning her next trip, trying a new recipe, refining her sleep routine, or treating Bravo like required research.

Sydney Hayter
InstructorSydney is a native Tucsonan, she likes long walks in the desert and likes to try local coffee shops! You can find her trying to make friends with all friendly looking cats. She strives to make movement both effective and fun, through a mix of classical and dynamic Pilates. Expect a little shake, a lot of support, and maybe even a laugh or two! You will leave feeling taller, stronger and proud of what your body can do!

Natalie Campillo
InstructorNatalie has a background in dance, training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. She also previously worked as a physical therapy technician, where she developed a strong understanding of body awareness and proper movement mechanics. Her teaching style is contemporary and modern, focusing on controlled, intentional movement and building strength with purpose. In her classes, you can expect a balanced challenge, clear guidance, and an encouraging environment that meets you where you are.

Deann Ennen
InstructorDeann is a dedicated Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast who brings passion and positivity to every class. With a deep commitment to personal growth, both mental and physical, Deann inspires her clients to push beyond their limits and discover their own strength. Her grateful outlook on life and love of a good challenge create an encouraging environment where clients feel supported in their wellness journey. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Deann's approach combines technical expertise with genuine care for each individuals progress.

Justine McDowell
InstructorJustine's life has been transformational in her own wellness journey and she is passionate about sharing that experience with others. She teaches a range of full-body classes from foundational to dynamic. She finds joy in facilitating client growth and their own journeys and believes in meeting people where they are. Justine is also an avid reader who holds Flow and Fiction, a unique hybrid of mat and reformer 1x a month like a book club discussion and workout.

Cynthia Washington
InstructorCynthia has 14 years of classical ballet training, a foundation that shapes her teaching style. Her classes blend grace and precision, emphasizing slow, controlled movements paired with dynamic, flowing exercises. She loves the way Pilates strengthens and lengthens the body, creating that signature Pilates shake and satisfying burn. Cynthia is passionate about helping clients move with intention while leaving class feeling empowered, aligned, and strong.

Itzel Torres
InstructorItzel Torres is a Pilates Reformer instructor and University of Arizona alumna who is passionate about helping clients move with strength, control, and confidence. Her teaching style blends classical Pilates foundations with a contemporary approach, creating dynamic and accessible classes for all levels. Itzel's sessions often feature a lively Latin playlist that keeps the atmosphere motivating, fun, and engaging.

Eileen Durazo
InstructorEileen brings an intentional, breath-driven approach to every Pilates class, guiding clients through challenging, layered sequences that build full-body strength. Her playlists are thoughtfully curated to flow from upbeat energy to a grounding, meditative finish, creating a seamless and elevated class experience. She prioritizes connection, making every client feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their practice.

Monica Schwartz
InstructorMonica began her Pilates journey in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the full body, holistic workout. She enjoyed the focus, precision, and mind-body connection that Pilates demands and quickly noticed how much stronger she felt. Less than a year into her practice, she decided to become a teacher to share this passion with others. Her classes are creative, challenging, and always feel different. Come ready to work hard and have a good time!

Ariel Miranda
InstructorAriel Miranda is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and Tucson native, first introduced to Pilates in 2022 and certified in March 2025. As a singer, she dealt with myofascial issues throughout her music career, which led her to Pilates. She instantly fell in love with the practice, finding relief all throughout her body for injuries and soreness she had endured for years. She made the decision to get certified so she could share her love of Pilates and the benefits it can provide to every individual. Outside of instructing, Ariel is a singer/songwriter and musician performing all around Tucson and throughout Arizona.

Owner & FounderI've always been obsessed with how the body moves and how movement heals. With over 30 years of experience and a background in medicine, physics, kinesiology, nutrition, and business, I've built my life and my studios around understanding the mechanics of the human body. To me, movement isn't just exercise, it's transformation, neurological and bio-mechanical processes, and healing. The body evolves and so should movement.
