Reformer Classes

Reformer Pilates is the method of movement done on a reformer machine, an apparatus designed with a system of springs. It allows an exercise to become more accessible or more challenging based on your setup choice.

This workout allows for a full range of motion, which is ideal for increasing flexibility while building strength.
