Everything you need to know
Solana Pilates is committed to providing you with a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Please read through our commonly asked questions before your first visit. Don't hesitate to contact us with anything not covered here.We understand that life happens — but to respect our instructors and clients on the waitlist, we do enforce a cancellation policy:
- Cancel at least 4 hours before class: No fee, class credit is preserved.
- Cancel within 4 hours of class: A $15 late cancel fee will apply, and you’ll lose your class credit.
- No-shows: A $25 no-show fee will apply, and you’ll lose your class credit.
Cancellations must be made directly through the app. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, phone call, or in-person with instructors or staff.
Not exactly. Our Annual Contract simply means you’re locking in our best pricing for 12 months — you’re not obligated to stay the entire year. Here’s how it works:
- You’re only committing to a minimum of 2 months of membership.
- Members must remain active for at least 30 days before requesting to cancel.
- We require 30 days’ written notice to process a cancellation.
That means your total commitment is just two months — but if you love it and stay longer (which most clients do!), you’ll enjoy your locked-in rate for the rest of the year.
If you’re recovering from an injury, surgery, or other medical concern, we’re happy to freeze your membership for as long as needed with a doctor’s note. Just reach out so we can make arrangements for your return.
Here are a few important studio guidelines:
- Grip socks are required for all classes. Your toes must be fully covered — no open-toe or toeless socks, please.
- Phones are not allowed in the studio. Please silence your phone and leave it in the lobby before entering class.
- Arriving more than 5 minutes late? For your safety and to avoid disruption, once class starts you’re late and need to reschedule and it is considered a late cancel.
