Build Up Core Strength With Our Pilates Classes
Pilates is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Described as a thinking way of moving, Pilates works by developing and integrating our awareness of our bodies, our core strengths, and our mobility.
Beginner Reformer Flow
This class is ideal for anyone new to Pilates. We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a slower paced class which will help to work on form and familiarity with the exercises used. We recommend at least 10 sessions and consulting with a staff member before exploring other classes.
Go ahead and JUMP! This class utilizes the reformer and adds the jump board for a cardio based workout that increases heart rate and blood flow.
Experience a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment! In this class the exercises can be challenging or modified for all levels. We work with small props to continue to challenge the body and we work on transition, progression, and fluidity.
