I welcome all persons of varying degrees of ability to take part in their journey with me. My goal is to guide you to reach the goals you have set for yourself. I enjoy teaching those who are ready to take their first steps to a better self and those that are continuing their path of enrichment and betterment. I want you to reach the highest plateau you can achieve while focusing on all aspects of what will allow the goals you have set forth to be possible. Together we can make anything obtainable with diligence and focus.


Dana Richards

was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She began her love of movement and exercise at the age of 4 enjoying ballet, tap, and gymnastics. For 17 years, she danced across the United States in summer intensives, workshops, performances, and recitals. Ballet stole her heart completely and this became her main focus. During many summer intensives, mat Pilates was introduced to learn about muscles she never knew she had and this sparked a love of Pilates that she would later find again.

Dana loves dynamic movements and incorporating some dance elements into her classes. She gets creative with all of the Pilates props and loves to challenge every client/student that walks through the door.

Dana lives in Marana, AZ with her husband, two girls, and two double doodles.


Sydney Myers

a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor on a mission to transform the way we view fitness and body image. With a dynamic training style and an uplifting personality, she is breaking down barriers and promoting body positivity and inclusivity in the exercise community. 

Sydney's journey as a Pilates instructor began when she discovered the incredible benefits of this practice in her own life. She quickly fell in love with the way Pilates could transform not only the body but also the mind. In her spare time, she adores her two dogs, and works in the world of visual effects for TV and film. 

Sydney creates a space where individuals feel valued and empowered to embrace their fitness journey without judgment or insecurity. Her warmth and empathy make her classes a safe haven for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Brandi Comeau

excited to be a Solana Pilates instructor! She has a foundation in functional fitness, physical education, nutrition and corrective exercise. With her unique combination of experience, her classes will emphasize the importance of functional movement and flexibility with both classical and dynamic Pilates instruction. When Brandi is not at the studio, she enjoys Reading, traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two kids. 


Grecia Tafolla

(pronounced Grey-see-yuh), an instructor trained at Solana Pilates. Originally from the sun-soaked side of southern Arizona, just next to California, she's all about turning Pilates into an exciting session rather than a typical workout. Grecia, who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, believes in the transformative power of Pilates, aiming to improve physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through a series of controlled and precise movements. With a special focus on beginners, she's dedicated to creating a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered on their fitness journey. Off-duty, you'll find her hanging out with her Chihuahua fur baby. Check out Grecia's classes to kickstart your journey to a stronger, more toned you – because fitness should be as fun as scrolling through dog memes on a Sunday.
